How does the baby pouch work?
The pouch zips into the front of the hoodie and holds your baby chest to chest, exactly where they want to be. Step into the hoodie, place baby in the pouch, close the zip and adjust the panel so their head is supported and their face stays free. When you are done the whole pouch zips out again in seconds.
What age or weight is it suitable for?
Best suited for newborns up to around 12 months, or up to approximately 9 kg. Every baby grows differently, so in practice it fits until your little one no longer wants to be carried chest to chest.
What size should I get?
Sizes run S to XXL and the fit is relaxed on purpose, so there is room for baby without pulling anywhere. Take your normal size, and if you are between two sizes or you like extra room, go one size up. The full chart is right below.
Can I wear it during pregnancy?
Yes. The cut sits comfortably over a bump, which is why so many mums buy it before the birth and keep wearing it through the newborn months and long after.
Is the pouch removable?
Yes, the baby pouch fully zips off. What is left is a normal fleece hoodie with deep pockets, so you can wear it on days when you are not carrying.
Is it warm enough for winter?
That is exactly what it was made for. Thick brushed fleece on the outside, soft lining inside and your own body heat in between keep the pouch warm without a stack of extra layers.
Can dads wear it too?
Definitely. The design and colours work for anyone, and the sizes go all the way up to XXL.
How do I wash it?
Machine washable on a gentle cold cycle. Air dry for best results, no tumble dryer and no bleach. It keeps its shape and softness wash after wash.
